Optimization of SBR devices to improve the work ability

随着科学技术的迅猛发展,市场竞争的日益激烈,企业生存发展受到的制约因素越来越多。在同等的竞争环境下,技术水平先进、消耗少、成本低、效率高的企业,在竞争中处于有利地位。作者结合吉林石化公司丁苯橡胶装置,分析通过优化丁苯橡胶装置,从装置源头、实施新技术、强化内控管理、开发新品种等方面达到降低产品成本,提高丁苯橡胶装置创效能力的目的。

Abstract： With the rapid development of science and technology, and the increasingly fierce market competition, enterprise＇s survival and development are restricted by the factors together. Under the e- qual. competition environment,the enterprises which have advanced technical level, less consumption, low cost, high efficiency, will be at an advantage in the competition. Combination of SBR device of Jilin Petrochemical Company,this paper carried out analysis through optimization of SBR device, from the source device,implementation of new technology, strengthening the internal control management, de- velop new varieties, to reduce the product cost, to improve the ability of SBR device, to create the eco- nomic benefit.
