摘要 目的探讨移动式加速器放疗手术患者感染发生的原因及手术室感染控制措施,杜绝医源性感染的发生,确保手术护理质量。方法回顾性分析2008年9月-2011年5月医院收治的移动式加速器术中放疗183例手术患者发生感染的危险因素,对手术室人员、环境、物品的管理,严格执行各项无菌操作,规范手术室感染管理控制措施。结果手术室规范了术中放疗手术感染管理流程,使放疗手术的感染控制科学化、规范化,183例术中放疗手术患者均顺利康复,无1例感染。结论术中放疗手术间医护人员、手术环境、物品的感染管理、仪器设备的合理放置、手术室监测和管理是控制术中放疗手术患者术后感染的重要因素。 OBJECTIVE To explore the reasons of infections in patients by using mobile intra-operative radiotherapy accelerator and control measures in operating rooms, so as to prevent iatrogenic infection and ensure the quality of operation nursing. METHODS Risk factors of infections in 183 patients admitted in to hospital from Sep. 2008 to May 2011 using mobile intra-operative radiotherapy accelerator were analyzed retrospectively. All kinds of sterile operation were carried on to operating room personnel, the environment and materials management. Control measures for operating room infection were standardized. RESULTS Management processes of surgical infection intra-operative radiotherapy were standardized in operating rooms, so that infection control of radiotherapy surgery could be scientific, standardized. All 183 cases of intra-operative radiotherapy surgery patients were successfully recovered, no case of infection. CONCLUSION Infection management of staff, surgical environment and items in intra-operative radiotherapy operating rooms, reasonably placed equipment and monitoring and management of operating rooms are the important factors to control intra-operative radiotherapy surgery postoperative infections.
