摘要 目的通过应用无线射频识别(RPID)器械包追溯管理系统,提高消毒供应工作质量,减少感染发生。方法应用RPID器械包追溯管理系统平台,在消毒供应中心建立手术器械回收、清洗、包装、灭菌、储存、发放系统,实现各环节管理信息化、规范化管理。结果该系统的应用提高供应物品质量,保证诊疗效果;消毒供应中心管理模式由单纯的经验管理向基于数据事实分析的科学管理转变;过期预警,落实感染控制;无菌物品追踪到使用患者;消毒供应中心举证依据;数字统计精确,便于成本管理。结论 RPID器械包追溯管理系统在消毒供应中心的应用,有效地控制消毒供应中心医院感染的发生。 OBJECTIVE To improve quality of disinfection supply by applying RPID surgical apparatus pack tracking & management system, in order to reduce the probability of infection. METHODS The RPID surgical apparatus pack tracking & management platform was applied to build a system, which included surgical apparatus claiming, washing, packing, disinfecting, storing, and distributing in our hospital, so as to achieve the informationized and standardized management in each link. RESULTS The application of this system could improve supply quality and ensure therapeutic effect. CSSD management mode transformed from a mere experience management into a scientific management based on data analysis of facts. Precautioff expiration transferred into infection control. Patient's information could be tracked from aseptic instruments data. CSSD could provide presenting evidence. Statistics of data was precise, and cost management was facilitated. CONCLUSION The application of RPID surgical apparatus pack tracking & management system can effectively control hospital infections in disinfection supply centers.
