3种化学指示卡对压力蒸汽灭菌监测效果的比较

Comparison of 3kinds of chemical indicators for monitoring the efficacy of steam sterilization

目的比较3种化学指示卡对压力蒸汽灭菌的监测效果,选择合适的化学监测方法,以提高化学监测结果判断率。方法选用3种不同材质的高压蒸汽灭菌化学指示卡,同时放置在敷料包、器械包和纸塑包内,完成一个灭菌周期后,取出化学指示卡肉眼裸视判断监测效果。结果 3M爬行式指示卡、MVI化学指示卡在敷料包、金属器械包和纸塑包合格率均为100.0%,3M压力蒸汽灭菌包内化学指示卡合格率分别为96.7%、53.3%和90.0%。结论 3M爬行式指示卡、MVI化学指示卡在灭菌过程不易受水分和接触物的影响,不需要做任何防护处理,使用方便,判读率高,3M压力蒸汽灭菌包内化学指示卡判读结果易受多因素影响,进行器械包内监测时宜做相应的防护措施减少误差。

OBJECTIVE To compare 3 kinds of chemical indicators for monitoring the efficacy of steam sterilization, so as to choose proper indicators to improve monitoring efficacy. METHODS A total of 3 kinds of different steam chemical indicators were chosen and put into dressing packages, instrument packages and paper-plastic pouches respectively. After sterilization cycle, indicators were taken out and judged sterilization result visually. RESULTS Passing rates of aM moving-front indicator and MVI chemical indicator in 3 kinds of package were 100.0%,while passing rates of 3M chemical indicator were 96.7% ,53.3% ,90.0% in dressing package, instrument package and paper-plastic pouch. CONCLUSION During the sterilization process of 3M moving-front indicator and MVI chemical indicator, it is not easy for them to be affected by wet and contactant and on need to take any protection measures, which is easy to use and judge the result, but the result of 3M chemical indicator is easy to affected by many factors and other extra protections are needed when using in sterilization package.
