高校“双高”人员思想状况调查与入党问题研究--以江西省高校为例

A Survey of the Ideological Situation of Teachers With High Academic Qualifications and High Titles of Technical Posts in Colleges and Universities,and Researches of Issues of Their Being Admitted to the Party——Taking Colleges and Universities in Jiangxi

高校高学历、高职称人员(以下简称"双高")是高校建设和发展的生力军,他们的素质好坏,直接关系到高等学校的社会主义办学方向、人才培养质量、科学研究水平、社会服务效果和文化传承影响。本文以江西省高校为样本,对1098名"双高"人员进行调查问卷,以了解高校"双高"人员的职业道德、政治思想以及他们的入党意愿和态度,并对高校"双高"人员的教育管理提出完善和改进的意见和建议。

Teachers with high academic qualifications and high titles of technical posts in colleges and universities are fresh troops of university construction and development. Whether their quality is good or bad is directly related to the socialist direction of running colleges and universities, talent training quality, scientific research level, social service effect and cultural inheritance. The paper made a questionnaire of 1098 teachers with high academic qualifications and high titles of technical posts in colleges and universities to understand their professional ethics, political thought and will and attitudes towards their being admitted to the Party, and puts forward the opinions and suggestions to perfect and improve the educational administration of teachers with high academic qualifications and high tides of technical posts in colleges and universities.
