心脏瓣膜置换术后左心室破裂诊治分析

摘要 目的 探讨心脏瓣膜置换术后左心室破裂的原因、手术治疗方式.方法 对3例心脏瓣膜置换术后左心室破裂患者的临床表现、诊断及手术治疗方式进行总结分析.结果 3例患者中,2例抢救成功,1例死亡.结论 瓣膜置换术后左心室破裂大多为手术操作不当引起.一旦发生左心室破裂,必须重新建立体外循环,行心腔内、外同时修补较为安全可靠,重新行瓣膜置换术,可有效地提高抢救的成功率.
