摘要
目的 检测microRNA21在大肠癌组织中的表达,并分析其临床意义.方法 采用荧光定量实时聚合酶链反应（RT-PCR）检测60例大肠癌组织标本、20例腺瘤组织及60例正常组织标本中microRNA21表达水平;并分析大肠癌中microRNA21表达量与临床分期之间的关系.结果 microRNA21在大肠癌组织中相对表达水平显著高于腺瘤及正常组织（P＜0.01）,与临床分期及预后有一定的关系.结论 microRNA21在大肠癌组织中表达上调,高表达的microRNA21可能预示着肿瘤的恶性程度及不良预后.
Objective To detect the expression of microRNA21 in colorectal carcinoma, and analyze its clinical significance. Methods The expression of microRNA21 in 60 cases of colorectal cancer tissues, 20 cases of adenoma and 20 cases of normal tissues was detected by fluorescence quantitative realtime polymerase chain reaction （RTPCR）. The correlation between microRNA21 expression in colorectal carcinoma and clinical stage of tumor was analyzed. Results The expression level of microRNA21 in colorectal cancer tissues was significantly higher than that in adenoma and norreal tissues （ P 〈 0.01 ）, and The expression of microRNA21 was related with clinical stage of tumor and prognosis. Conclusion Up - regulation of microRNA21 expression in colorectal cancer, the high expression of microRNA21 may indicate a serious illness and poor prognosis.
