摘要
太钢5号高炉通过制订详细的定检休、送风计划,在送风后按节点快速恢复风量、氧量,并对喷煤、顶压、风温、湿度以及燃料比等进行准确量化控制,实现了定检30-36h,12-16h的成功快速恢复炉况。
It is realized in Taigang Steel＇s No. 5 blast furnace a rapid periodic maintenance within 30-36h and rapid produc- tion restoration within 12-16 h by setting up detailed programs for periodic maintenance, turnace blow-off and reblowing, rapidly restoring preset air and oxygen flow based on specified time node after reblowing and accurately quantized control of injected coal, top pressure, blast temperature, humidity and fuel ratio.
