摘要
建立了高效液相色谱法测定复方蒲芩片中的盐酸小檗碱。在不同C18色谱柱上运行不同的流动相系统,测定成药中的小檗碱并记录在线紫外可见吸收光谱。根据试验结果,选用KromasilKR100—5C18色谱柱,以乙腈:0.05mol/L磷酸二氢钾溶液(43:57,每1L中加入十二烷基磺酸钠1.7g)为流动相,检测波长348nm。1在4.6~92.6μg/ml浓度范围内线性关系良好。回收率为99.03%,RSD为0.48%。
An HPLC method was established for the determination of berberine hydrochloride in Fufangpuqin tablets. Different mobile phase systems were run at different C18 columns and the online ultraviolet-visible absorption spectra of berberine hydrochloride were recorded. According to the results, a Kromasil KR100-5 C18 column was chosen with the mobile phase of acetonitrile : 0.05 mol/L potassium dihydrogen phosphate (43 : 57, containing SDS 1.7 g in 1 L mobile phase) at the detection wavelength of 348 nm. The calibration curve of 1 was linear in the concentration range of 4.6 - 92.6 μg/ml. The recovery was 99.03 %, with RSD of 0.48 %.
