磁敏感加权成像在运动障碍疾病中的应用 被引量:1

摘要 运动障碍疾病是一类神经系统变性疾病,常伴有颅内铁的异常沉积。磁敏感加权成像(susceptibilityweightedimaging,SWI)技术利用铁质引起的磁场局部不均匀性引起的磁化率效应能够发现铁沉积增多。采用三维高分辨率、速度补偿的梯度回波序列成像,得到幅值图、相位图及两者结合的图像。本研究综述了SWI序列成像原理及图像后处理技术,中脑和基底节区结构在SWI序列上的影像特点及SWI技术在运动障碍疾病中应用。
