不同体位固定技术对宫颈癌调强放射治疗剂量分布的影响 被引量:1

摘要 目的探讨腹部定位板对减少宫颈癌调强放射治疗计划中小肠和膀胱受照剂量的作用。方法将16例宫颈癌患者均行真空袋固定和腹板定位板固定体位,固定后行CT扫描定位,分为真空袋固定组和腹部定位板组。所得CT扫描影像导入计划系统中并设计放疗计划,评估两组放疗计划中小肠和膀胱相同剂量下的体积大小并进行比较。结果腹部定位板组患者小肠和膀胱的受照剂量低于真空袋组,且有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论宫颈癌患者应用腹部定位板固定体位进行放疗,能明显减少小肠和膀胱受照射剂量的体积,从而减少不良反应的发生。
