摘要
为了研究钾元素对烟草光合作用的影响,以共转化且超量表达烟草钾离子转运体蛋白基因HAK1的转基因烟草植株(T1-51、T1-87、T1-100和T1-122)为材料,研究各株系光合特征指标对不同光合有效辐射(PAR)的响应变化规律。结果表明:转基因植株的最大净光合速率皆高于野生型植株;当PAR<2 000μmol/(m2·s)时,各植株的气孔导度和蒸腾速率随PAR的增加而增大,且均高于野生型;转基因植株对水分利用率随着PAR值升高而增加。光合特征指标测定表明,超量表达NtHAK1基因的转基因植株能增加叶片的气孔导度,提高植株的净光合速率及蒸腾速率,进而增强植物的光合效率。
In order to study the effects of potassium on photosynthesis, the photosynthetic indexes of the transgenic tobacco plants(line T1-51,1ine T1-S/,line TI-100 and line T1-122) which over expressed the tobacco high-affinity potassium transporter protein 1 gene were studied. The results showed that the photosynthetic indexes, including net photosynthetic rate, stomatal conductance and transpiration rate were higher than those of wild-type tobacco plants while the value of photosynthetically active radiation (PAR) was lower than 2 000 /lmol/(m2 ~ s). Meanwhile, the efficiency of water application raised up following the increment of PAR.
