植物源病毒制剂对烟草花叶病毒病的防效及其光合特性的影响 被引量:2

摘要 为筛选有机烟花叶病的生物防治剂,给有机烟叶生产提供安全高效的生物药剂,采用随机区组设计,以清水和毒消为对照,对植物源药剂马齿苋提取物(VFB,病毒抑制剂)对烟草花叶病毒病的防治效果进行田间小区试验。结果表明:在接种后10d,VFB 200倍液对烟草花叶病毒病的相对防效为10%,在接种后20d和30d时无防效;VFB处理的叶绿素含量均高于对照,未接种烟株的叶绿素含量高于接种烟株;VFB处理的烟叶净光合速率(Pn)较对照高,超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、过氧化物酶(POD)、过氧化氢酶(CAT)等细胞防御酶活性增强,丙二醛(MDA)含量降低。VFB处理增加了烟叶的叶绿素含量和烟叶光合速率,提高了防御酶活性,从而延缓了烟草花叶病毒病的发生。 In order to screen the biological control agent products of organic Tobacco mosaic virus (TMV), For organic tobacco harmful biological control to provide a safe and efficient production of biological agents. With K326 as host materials, adopting the randomized block design, with water and toxic elimination as CK, a field plot test was conducted to study the effects of VFB on TMV prevention and control. Results: In the 10 d after inoculation, VFB 200 times liquid for TMV control effect was 10a/00, no control effect in the 20 d and 30 d after inoculation. Chlorophyll content of VFB treatment was higher than CK, chlorophyll content o{ unvaccinated tobacco plants was higher than inoculated ones~ Pn of VFB treatment was higher than CK, SOD, POD and CAT increased, while MDA content decreased. VFB treatment increased chlorophyll content and photosynthetic rate, enhanced defense enzyme activity, thereby delayed the occurrence of TMV.
