摘要
为确定天麻中天麻素的最佳提取工艺,以天麻素的含量为指标,在单因素试验的基础上,根据Box-Behnken的中心组合试验设计原理,采用3因素3水平的响应面法确定天麻的最佳提取工艺。结果表明:在以水为提取溶剂,天麻粒度为80目,料液比1∶12.56(g∶mL),提取时间3.54h,pH 5.23的条件下进行热回流提取的天麻素提取率最高,天麻素含量为82.9mg/10g,与理论预测值的误差仅为1.2%。
To explore the optimum extracting conditions of gastrodin from G. elata, taking extraction of gastrodin as an indicator, On the basis of single factor experiments, the method of response surface analysis with three factors and three levels was adopted according to the Box - Benhnken center - united experimental design principles. The results showed that the optimized extract process for G. clara were as follows: extraction solvent water, particle size 80 mesh, solid-liquid ratio 1 : 12.56(g : mid, extraction time 3. 54 h, pH 5. 23. Under these conditions the extraction rate reached the highest, the gastrodin content was 82.9 mg/10 g, the relative error was 1.2 % between true value and predictive value.
