13个月季品种的亲缘关系分析 被引量:4

摘要 为月季品种间的亲缘关系和分组及其起源提供数量分类学依据,进而为月季育种和园林应用提供理论依据,对白缎、桑德林汉纪念、红时代等13个杂交月季品种的35个形态性状进行调查统计,采用数量分类法对13个月季品种进行了聚类分析。结果表明:以距离系数0.095为截距,13个月季共分为4组。第1组:杰乔伊、桑格拉、卡拉米亚、奇迹、紫色时代和武士,其总的形态特征为植株挺拔,重瓣花;第2组:桑德林汉纪念、梅朗口红、霍尔恩和天国钟声,其总的形态特征为植株挺拔,重瓣花,花柱联合;第3组:红时代和花房,其总的形态特征为叶基钝形,叶缘重锯齿,刺少,平瓣盘状花,花小,微香,花柱联合;第4组:白缎,其形态特征为芍药牡丹型花,白色,千重瓣,无花梗刺。说明,杰乔伊、桑格拉、卡拉米亚、奇迹、紫色时代和武士的亲缘关系较近,桑德林汉纪念、梅朗口红、霍尔恩和天国钟声及红时代和花房的亲缘关系较近,而白缎与其他品种的亲缘关系最远。 To provide a numerical taxonomy reference for genetic relationship, group and source of R. chinensis, so as to provide a theoretical reference for its breeding and landscape application. An investigation was conducted on 35 morphological characters of 13 hybrid R. chinensis cultivars, including Baiduan, Sangdelinhanjinian and Hongshidai, et al. Meanwhile a cluster analysis was conducted on the 13 cultivars. Results: the 13 R. chinensis cultivars were clustered into four groups according to the intercept of 0. 095. Group 1: Jieqiaoyi, Sanggela, Kalamiya, Qiji, Ziseshidai and Wushi, with the morphological characteristics of tall and straight plant and double flower; Group 2. Sangdelinhanjinian, Meilangkouhong, Huoeren and Tianguozhongsheng, with the morphological characteristics of tall and straight plant, double flower and union style; Group 3: Hongshidai and Huafang, with the morphological characteristics of abruptus phyllopodium, biserrate leaf margin, less stab, little flat disc flowers, slight aroma and union style; Group 4: Baiduan, Paeonia lactiflora peony flowers, white, double petal, no pedicel stab. Jieqiaoyi, Sanggela, Kalamiya, Qiji, Ziseshidai and Wushi were of close relationship, and Sangdelinhanjinian, Meilangkouhong, Huoeren, Tianguozhongshen, Hongshidai and Huafang had close relationship. The relationship between Baiduan and other species was far.
