安丘市农村饮水工程实行企业化管理的探索

Application of corporation management mode on drinking water utilities in rural areas of Anqiu City

安丘市从2005年大范围建设农村饮水安全工程以来,本着建管并重的原则,积极发展规模化集中供水工程,在工程运行管理中积极探索企业化经营、专业化管理、规范化服务的创新管理机制,引导广大农民主动参与管理,保证了工程的良性运行。但在运行中也存在一些问题,通过探索解决问题的方法,根据安丘市农村饮水安全工程特点,提出"一个公司管全市"的农村饮水安全管理新模式。

Since 2005, large scale development of safe drinking water supply has been carried out in rural area of Anqiu City. Centralized water supply utilities have been developed based on principle of focusing on both construction and management. An innovative and new management mechanism of applying corporation management mode, professional management and regulated services have been actively explored, so as to encourage participation of farmers in management and achieve sound operation of water supply utilities. Regarding to the problems existed in projects operation, a new management model of ＂one company manages all utilities of the city＂ is introduced, taking the feature of safety drinking water supply project in rural areas into full consideration.
