摘要
紫金铜业有限公司采用闪速炉熔炼—转炉吹炼—阳极炉精炼的生产工艺,环集烟气采用活性焦干法处理。介绍了活性焦脱硫原理和主要工艺参数控制,并分析了在环集烟气脱硫过程中存在的问题及改进措施。
ZiJin Copper Company Limited applies a production process of FF - CF - AF, and usesthe dry desulfurization technology to deal with the flue gas collected from fugitive emission. This pa-per introduces the principle of activated coke method in treatment of flue gas, and the control on main technological parameters, and analyzes the main existing problems and the improvement ap- proaches.
