大型压力容器整体热处理控温设备

摘要 当前石化行业的压力容器呈现超大、超厚的发展趋势,如何提高单体燃油燃烧器供热能力成为热处理能力的关键技术难度。HT-Y9.1000型燃油整体热处理控温设备,是对压力容器采用柴油内部燃烧加热方法进行现场整体热处理施工的控温设备,包括温控、燃烧器调节、变频、数字运算、测温和抗干扰等系统,具有提高燃烧器输出功率、自动控温、确保燃烧器运行稳定性、抗干扰等多种功能。设备热处理能力达1200L/h,控制精度0.3级,最大热处理重量700t,已成功应用于国内外多项工程,实现了燃烧器的自动控制,大幅提高了单体燃烧器的供热能力,有效保证了测温控温的精度,极适用于超重球罐及大型压力容器现场整体热处理施工需要。 Pressure vessel has a development trend for super magnitude and super thickness in the current petrochemical industry.How to improve heating capacity of single fuel oil combustor holds the key to heating processing capacity.HT-Y9.1000 fuel oil PWHT Commanding machine adopts diesel internal combustion heating method on the site to make overall heat treatment for pressure vessels.It has a number of systems for temperature control,adjustment of the burner,variation of frequency,digital calculation,temperature inspection and anti-interference,with the functions to improve output power of the burner,automatically control the temperature,keep the burner in stable operation and resist interferences.The heat processing capacity of the equipment can reach 1200L/h while the control precision is 0.3 grade and the maximum heat processing weight 700 tons.Successfully used in a number of projects at home,this equipment can automatically control the burner,significantly improve the heating capacity of single burner and effectively keep the temperature control precision.It is suitable for super-heavy ball and large-scale pressure vessels for overall heat treatment.
