基于ANP的救灾物流系统能力评价及算例

Evaluation on Relief Logistics System Capability Based on ANP Theory

文中首先构建一个救灾物流系统能力指标体系,其次,基于ANP对指标体系进行评价,使用Super Decision软件进行相关运算,得出各指标的权重,最后进行综合评价,得出该系统的优劣,找出现实救灾物流系统存在的问题,为进一步提高救灾决策能力提供一定的建议。

Firstly,the paper establishes an index system of logistics system capability,then the paper makes an evaluation of the capability based on ANP theory, and achieves weights of different indexes by using the Super Decision software. Finally, the comprehensive evaluation can make judgments of the system.Problems and the insufficiency can be discovered.The paper can be conducive to the improvement of the relief decision capability.
