The paper has established the evaluation index system on rural modern commercial circulation market in Northern Jiangsu on the basis of selecting 5 first grade indexes and 13 second grade indexes. Furthermore, the paper has constructed the evaluation system and model on the market and made a detailed analysis on it by the Analytic Hierarchy Process（AHP）. The results have shown that the agricultural marketing system has the greatest impact on the modern commercial circulation market in rural areas of Northern Jiangsu.
