针对当前我国中小型企业在人力资源管理方面面临的问题,文中首先分析了中小型企业现状,描述其划分的标准及中小型企业进行人力资源管理的目的;其次针对中小型企业的现状,论述了企业在人力资源管理方面遇到的困难;最后针对其困难,详细地给出了相关的解决方案。

In view of the current our country small and medium-sized enterprises are facing problems in human resources management, the first, this paper analyzes the small and medium enterprises, describes the classification standards and small and medium enterprises for the purpose of human resource management; secondly, in view of the present situation of small and medium enterprises, the enterprises encounter in the human resources management difficulties; finally the difficulty, with the relevant solutions are given.
