摘要
文中讲述了企业薪酬体系中存在的普遍性现象并进一步追踪了国外高管薪酬管理的改革变化趋势。并且探寻此变化趋势对我国高管尤其是国企高管薪酬管理的借鉴和启示意义。
This article describes the corporate compensation system exists to track the universality of the phenomenon and further management of the foreign executive pay reform trends. And explore this trend, especially state-owned enterprises on China's senior executive compensation management reference and revelation.
