摘要
文中针对土壤酸化及高盐分对接地材料寿命的影响,研究了变电站用电镀铜包钢接地材料在酸性高盐分土壤中腐蚀速率及电阻变化。试验表明,随着土壤pH变小、盐分的增加,铜包钢接地材料的腐蚀速率增大;极化曲线表明,铜包钢接地棒在酸性高盐分土壤中的腐蚀电流密度增加,耐腐蚀性能降低。当土壤pH小于3.5,盐分大于1g·Kg-1时,铜层厚度0.2mm的铜包钢接地棒寿命将低于30年。最后探讨了铜包钢接地材料在酸性高盐分土壤中腐蚀加快的机理。
In this paper, aiming soil acidification and salt effects on the corrosion life of the ground material,studies copper clad steel grounding material's corrosion rate and resistance changes in acidic and high salinity solid. Tests showed that with increasing soil pH decreases and salinity increases, copper clad steel grounding material's corrosion rate increases; polarization curves show that the copper clad steel ground pole's corrosion current density increases and corrosion resistance reduced in acidic and high salinity solid. When the soil pH is less than 3.5, salinity greater than 1g Kg-1, the copper clad steel ground pole's life which copper layer thickness of 0.2mm will be less than 30 years. Finally, we discuss the mechanism of clad steel grounding materials corrosion accelerated in acidic and high salinity solid.
