内蒙古“三少民族”作家培养机制论析

An Analysis of the Mechanism of Cultivating the Writers of Three Ethnic Minorities in Inner Mongolia

内蒙古地区创作人才的培养机制与"三少民族"作家在内蒙古文坛的崛起有着紧密的关联,在内蒙古文学走向更辉煌的新世纪的历史背景下,围绕文学创作研究班的提升作用、文学会议及评价机制的激发效应、文学机构及文学刊物的聚拢效果等诸多方面反思和检讨内蒙古地区创作人才的培养机制便成为中国现当代文学史研究的题中应有之义。

There is a close relationship between the mechanism of cultivating talent writers and the sharp rise of the writers from the three ethnic minorities--the nationalities of Ewenki, Oroqen and Daur---in the liter- ary arena in Inner Mongolia. The mechanism of cultivating the talent writers of this region has emerged as a dispensable one of the research issues of the modem and contemporary Chinese literature through the discus- sion and reflections of the role of literary creation seminars in improving writers＇ talents in this area, the effect of literature conferences and their evaluation mechanism in stimulating the talent writers＇ interest in writing, and the effect of literary institutions and literary periodicals in their gathering the writing talents against the background of the more prosperous literature of Inner Mongolia at the era of the new century.
