摘要
针对"可靠度-置信度"作为可靠性指标所造成的概念混乱,论述以成功率表述引信可靠性指标。成功率指标表达的是合格产品所占比率,是可容忍的最差水平,是对产品本身的要求,是对产品的总体要求,符合可靠性指标的要件。当需要确定抽样方案时,可以使用"接收质量限"AQL与"极限质量"LQ这对抽样检验指标。如果不习惯以失效率表述可靠性,可以借用术语"可接收成功率"R0与"不可接收成功率"R1。分析表明,"可靠度"RL是"不可容忍的最好水平",但单独使用却极易被误解为"可容忍的最差水平",造成引信可靠性低下的假象,无意间将可容忍的最差水平推高到超出产品实际可能水平,并且付出成本代价,应当尽早停用。
Confusion can be developed when reliability-confidence is used as the reliability index.This paper discussed the advantages of using success ratio as fuze reliability index.Success ratio refers to the percentage of satisfactory products,which is the lowest acceptable quality level.Besides the ratio is also the general requirement for products to be satisfying according to the reliability index.During sampling,Acceptable Quality Level (AQL) and Limiting Quality (LQ) can be served as the sample quality index.Terms of acceptable success ratio R0 and non-acceptable ratio R1 can be used when failure rate is not preferred.The results showed that reliability RL,which refers to the highest unacceptable quality level,was usually misunderstood as the lowest acceptable quality level.This may lead to the false appearance of lower level of fuze reliability,as the lowest acceptable quality level is increased to the higher level which beyond the real status of the products.Higher cost may be a result of the misunderstanding.Thus the term should be discarded.
