浅析内蒙古由能源结构调整产生的CO_2减排成本

Analysis on CO_2 Emission Reduction Cost Generated by Energy Structure Adjustment in Inner Mongolia

针对内蒙古地区能源结构调整中CO2减排对经济产生的影响,文章计算和分析了煤炭、油品和天然气的减排成本和减排量。结果表明:优先使用天然气,能够以较低的减排成本实现较大的减排总量,是既经济又有效的CO2减排措施。同时提出,积极利用可再生的风能、太阳能、生物质能等新能源代替化石燃料。对于实现内蒙古地区经济社会可持续发展具有重要的战略意义。

Aiming at the influence of on CO2 emission reduction on economy in energy structure adjustment in Inner Mongolia, this article calculated and analyzed reduction cost and emission reductions of coal, oils and nat- ural gas. The results showed that preferential use natural gas could realize biggish emission reduction gross with less reduction cost, it was economic and effective emission reduction measures. At the same time, positive using reproducible wind energy, solar energy, biomass energy and analogous new energy to replace fossil fuel, it dad important strategic importance for economy and society sustainable development in Inner Mongolia.
