根据电气工程及其自动化专业卓越工程师的培养思路,结合实际情况,提出了通过加强校企产学研合作、构建卓越工程师实践平台、整合重构新的教学和实践体系、改革教学方法、建设师资队伍等途径构建的卓越工程师培养新模式.

Based on the idea of training excellent engineers in electrical engineering and automation field, combining with the actual situation, this paper brings forward the new training model for excellent engineers through strengthening research cooperation between schools and enterprises, building platform for engineers＇ practice, integrating and restructuring new teaching and practice system, reforming teaching methods, building faculty team.
