构建应用型本科人才培养模式的探索

The Study of Training Mode Construction Oriented to Applied Undergraduate Talents

针对应用型本科人才培养模式中存在的共性问题,从人才培养规格规范性描述、课程体系构建以及人才培养路径改革等方面,对该培养模式的构建进行了探索.建立了应用型本科人才培养知识、能力、素质矩阵与"3+2"课程体系,提出了应用型本科人才培养路径改革的基本思路.

Aiming at the common problems existing in the training mode oriented to the applied under- graduate talents, the training mode construction oriented to the applied undergraduate talents has been explored from the description of talents training specification, the construction of curriculum system and the reformation of talents training formation path. the matrix of knowledge, ability and quality and the ＂3＋2＂ curriculum sys- tem has been constructed, and the basic reformation ideas of talents training formation path oriented to applied undergraduates has been put forward.
