摘要
本文主要通过研究经济型酒店,从顾客感知价值、顾客满意、顾客品牌偏好、顾客忠诚四方面来分析经济型酒店顾客重复购买意愿,从而提出一些能促进消费者重复购买的对策,以促进经济型酒店的进一步发展。
This paper by taking the Shang Keyou Fast Hotel as an example, analyzes the repurchase intention of customers of budget hotel from four influencing factors:customer perceived value, customer satisfaction, cus-tomer brand preference and customer loyalty. The paper puts forward some measures to promote the intention, so as to enhance the further development of the budget hotel.
