三种创新策略选择下的集群企业行为研究

A Study of Cluster Enterprises' Innovation Behavior under Three Kinds of Innovation Strategy Choice

该文在现有文献研究的基础上,对合作创新、模仿创新和自主创新的内涵进行了界定,并将集群企业非合作的创新行为分为模仿创新和自主创新两类。据此构建了基于3种创新策略选择下的集群企业群体创新策略选择的演化博弈模型。利用Matlab软件结合复制动态方程,研究不同情景下,企业采纳3种创新策略行为的相互演化规律和初始企业比例对演化结果的影响。结果表明:初始集群企业比例对最终演化结果和达到均衡所需时间有很大影响;创新溢出收益与基本创新收益的相对大小影响着系统整体的收敛速度,其方向受初始集群企业比例的调节。

Based on the present literatures , this paper gives the clear definition of cooperation , imitate and independent innovation , and classifies the non-cooperative innovation behavior of cluster enterprises into two types：imitate and independent innovation .This paper then constructs the evolutionary game model of cluster enterprise innovation strategy choice based on the three kinds of innovation strategy .And using the Matlab combined with replicator dynamics equation （ RDE ） , researches the mutual evolution rule of enterprises behavior and the effect initial proportion of enterprise innovation strategy on the result of evolution in different scenarios.The results show that the initial proportion of enterprises innovation strategy has big effect on evolution results and the time to reach equilibrium; the relative sizes of the innovation spillover benefits and basic innovation benefits affect the convergence of overall system , whose direction is adjusted by the initial proportion of enterprises innovation strategy .
