建立森林碳汇市场机制的优势分析——以云南省十个县为例

摘要 借用集体林权制度改革成果,解决碳汇交易途径、碳汇计量管理、森林碳汇资金筹集、碳汇林保障和森林碳汇信息传递的问题,健全云南省森林碳汇市场机制,从而达到在节省人力、物力的同时又能有效的建立起云南省的森林碳汇市场机制。 This article tried to borrow the collective forest right system reform efforts, to solve the problems exist in carbon sinks trade solutions, carbon sink metering management, forest carbon sinks fund-raising, carbon sink forest protection and forest carbon sinks information transmission, and improve the mechanism of forest carbon sequestration market in Yunnan province, so as to be in economically and effectively build up a mechanism of forest carbon sequestration market in Yunnan province.
