恶性原发性中央型气道肿瘤新的分型和支气管镜新的诊断方法探讨 被引量:11

摘要 恶性原发性中央型气道病变是指原发于气管、主支气管和右中间段支气管的病变,与原发于肺内的恶性肿瘤不同,病变类型、性质和临床分期均不尽相同。一般将发生在段支气管以上至主气管的癌肿统称为中央型肺癌,约占3/4。目前尚无统一的分类和分期方法,治疗也很不规范。
