民族地区师范院校数学专业建设探索与实践——以兴义民族师范学院为例

An Exploration into the Major construction of Mathematics for Normal University in Areas of Minority Nationalities——Take Xingyi Normal University for Nationalities as an example

民族地区师范院校由于受到地方经济条件和文化背景的影响,与其他高校有一定的差距,因此转型期的民族师范学院数学专业(师范类)建设,必须要明确人才培养目标,设置合理的课程体系,加强实践课程教学改革,建设优秀的实践教学教师队伍,以不断提高教育教学质量。更好地服务于地方经济建设,输送合格人才。

Some issues of major construction of Mathematics have been analyzed in Normal Universities for Nationalities, especially in period of transformation. Some methods of educational reform have been discussed from the aspects of talent cultivation, curriculum, construction of teaching staff and teaching reform in areas of Minority Nationalities. It requires that the aims of talent cultivation should be cleared, reasonable curriculum system should be set up timely, and the construction of teaching staff and teaching reform should be strengthened, so that teaching quality could be improved and the local needs of more qualified teachers could be satisfied.
