京津冀一体化背景下的产学研合作机制研究

区域产学研合作主要受各主体、区域创新网络特征、区域经济结构及区域社会、政策环境的影响。在京津冀经济一体化背景下,顺应京津冀地区产业结构的调整和经济发展,完善政策环境,建立组织协调机制,加强京津冀产学研资源共享机制建设,改进京津冀信息网络建设,加强京津冀高等学校社会服务的办学理念等是促进区域产学研合作的有效途径。

Industry-university-research （IUR） cooperation is mainly influenced by regional innovation network, regionaleconomicstructure, social and policy environment. Against the background of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei integration, we must cope with regional industrial structural readjustment and economic development, improve policy environment, establish coordinating mechanism, strengthen resource sharing system, improve information network and nurture the concept that universities should stress social service.
