伴随经济的迅猛发展,山西省属国有煤炭企业进入了集团化的发展阶段。适应企业大型化、规模化、集团化的管理要求,如何建立起收放有度、管理科学的集团管控体系,成为必须解决好的重大课题。文章结合多年来企业集团管控体系设计与建设的工作实际,从总体思路、整体构架、工作原则、实施步骤等方面进行了深入探讨与分析,为山西煤炭企业提高企业管理水平、增强战略协同能力和提升综合竞争实力提供借鉴。

With rapid economic development, the state-owned-enterprises have run into a stage of group. It is necessary to adopt management of large-scale enterprises. Combined with regulation system and construction, this paper analyzes them from general thought, overall structure, work principal and implementation steps, which provides references for coal mine enterprises to improve management and cooperative capability and comprehensive competitive power.
