双歧杆菌四联活菌片治疗轮状病毒性肠炎患儿的疗效及对血清细胞因子的影响

Effect of bifidobacterium tetravaccine tablets in the trectment of children with rotaviral enteritis and its influence on serum cytokine

目的探讨双歧杆菌四联活菌片治疗轮状病毒性肠炎患儿的疗效及对血清细胞因子的影响。方法选择轮状病毒性肠炎患儿68例,分为观察组和对照组各34例。对照组患儿单纯予以调整饮食、抗病毒、补液、纠正水电解质紊乱及酸碱失衡等治疗。观察组在对照组治疗上加用双歧杆菌四联活菌片治疗。结果观察组患儿的发热、呕吐及止泻时间明显短于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗3d后,观察组患儿的临床疗效明显高于对照组(χ2=4.66,P<0.05);同时两组患儿血清IL-6、TNF-α和IFN-γ水平均明显下降(P<0.05或P<0.01),且观察组治疗前后下降值明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论双歧杆菌四联活菌片治疗儿童轮状病毒性肠炎疗效较佳,作用与降低血清IL-6、TNF-α和IFN-γ水平密切相关。

Objective To discuss curative effect of bifidobacterium tetravaccine Tablets on children with Rotaviral Enteritis and its influence on serum cytokine. Methods A total of 68 cases of children with Rotaviral Enteritis were divided into observation group and control group. The children in control group were only given the medical treatment such like diet adjustment, anti-virus, fluid infusion, correction of electrolyte disturbances, acid-base imbalance and etc. The patients in observation group were additionally given bifidobacterium tetravaceine tablets on the basis of the medical treatment in control group. Results The fever, vomiting and antidiarrheal times of children in observation group were much shorter than those in control group （P〈0.05）. After 3 days＇ medical treatment, clinical curative effect of children in observation group was much better than that in control group （X2= 4.66, P〈O.05）. Meanwhile, serum IL-6, TNF-α and IFN- γ levels in plasma of children in two groups obviously were declined （P〈0.05 or P〈0.01）, and the declining rate in observation group was much higher than that in control group before and after medical treatment （P〈 0.05）. Conclusion Bifidobacterium tetravaccine tablets has reliable curative effect on children with Rotaviral Enteritis, whose mechanism of action has close effect on reducing serum IL-6, TNF-α, IFN-γ.
