温州无偿献血人群丙肝病毒感染情况及其基因型的研究 被引量:8

摘要 目的了解温州市无偿献血人群丙型肝炎病毒感染及其基因分型的情况。方法对2010年1月~2012年12月温州中心血站采集的无偿献血者血液进行丙型病毒性肝炎病毒抗体(抗-HCV)的检测,并对检验结果进行统计分析,同时采用RT巢式-PCR法,对2012年度68例HCV-IgG阳性者进行HCV-RNA的检测及基因分型。结果温州市无偿献血者丙型肝炎病毒抗体不合格率各年份基本保持稳定,差异无统计学意义(P<0.05);而68例抗-HCV阳性标本的基因分型结果显示,2a单阳性为4.41%,1b单阳性为30.88%,1b和2a双阳性为60.29%,1b总阳性率为91.18%,2a总阳性率为64.71%。结论温州市无偿献血者HCV感染率不高,总体趋稳,所感染的HCV基因型以1b型占优势,并且基因型1b和2a混合感染率较高。 Objective To analyze the infection of HCV and investigate the feature of HCV genotypes among voluntary blood donors in WenZhou. Methods The results of HCV-IgG by ELISA among voluntary blood donors in wenzhou from 2010 to 2012 were statistically analyzed and HCV genotyping was performed using RT- PCR. Results The unqualified rate for anti-HCV was not obviously different year by year (P〈0.05). Among 68 subjects, the percentage of genotype 2a single positive was 4.41%, the percentage of genotype 2b single positive was 30.88%, the percentage of genotype 2b and 2a double postive was 60.29%, the percentage of total lb infection was 91.18%, the percentage of total 2a infection was 64.71%. Conclusion The unqualified rate of HCV is not obviously different every year. There are genotype lb and 2a in Wenzhou, while lb genotype is the majority, and the rate of lb and 2a co-infection is high.
