曲美他嗪联合阿托伐他汀治疗冠心病心绞痛的临床疗效观察

Effect of trimetazidine combined with atorvastatin treatment of angina pectoris

目的 研究曲美他嗪联合阿托伐他汀治疗冠心病心绞痛的临床疗效.方法选择2010 年1 月～2013 年1 月在我院住院治疗的冠心病心绞痛患者72 例,全部患者随机分为观察组和对照组各36 例.两组均给予β-受体阻滞剂、硝酸酯类、钙拮抗剂等常规对症治疗及曲美他嗪每次20 mg,每日3 次.观察组同时给予阿托伐他汀每次20 mg,每日1 次,疗程2 周.结果 两组心绞痛症状的疗效比较：观察组的显效率61.1%、总有效率达94.4%,分别高于对照组47.2%、77.8%,组间比较,差异具有显著性（P＜0.05）.两组心电图改善情况的疗效比较：观察组的显效率50.0%、总有效率达88.9%,分别高于对照组33.3%、72.2%,组间比较,差异具有显著性（P＜0.05）.结论曲美他嗪联合阿托伐他汀治疗冠心病心绞痛疗效确切,安全性好,值得推广和应用.

Objective To study the effect of trimetazidine combined with atorvastatin in treatment of angina pectoris. Methods From January 2010 to January 2013 in our hospital, 72 patients with angina pectoris were randomly divided into observation group and control group,each of 36 cases. Both groups were treated with β-blockers, nitrates, calcium antagonists and other conventional symptomatic treatment, and every time trimetazidine 20 mg, 3 times a day. Observation group added atorvastatin per 20 mg, once a day for 2 weeks. Results The two groups compared the efficacy of angina symptoms： the efficiency of the observation group was 61.1%, the total effective rate was 94.4%, respectively, was higher than the control group, the difference was significant between two groups （P〈0.05）. The efficacy of ECG im- prove the situation： efficiency rate of the observation group were 50.0%, the total effective rate was 88.9%, respectively, was higher than the control group, the difference was significant between two groups（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Trimetazidine combined with atorvastatin in treatment of angina peetoris has efficacy and safety, and it is worthy of promotion and application.
