舒康宁洗液治疗不同年龄阴道炎效果观察

Observation on the effect of Shukangning lotion in the treatment of different age vaginitis

目的探讨舒康宁洗液治疗不同年龄阴道炎的临床疗效。方法选择150例阴道炎患者为观察对象,将其分为青年组、中年组及老年组,所有患者均接受舒康宁洗液治疗,对比分析三组患者临床疗效。结果三组患者临床治疗前后体征和症候积分对比,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.01);三组患者治疗总有效率分别为100.0%、88.0%、74.0%,青年组有效率显著高于中年组和老年组(P<0.01)。结论舒康宁洗液能够显著改善中医辨证为湿热下注阴道炎的临床症状,值得临床推广。

Objective To explore the clinical effect of Shukangning lotion in the treatment of different age vaginitis. Methods A total of 150 patients with vaginitis were selected as the observation objects. All patients were divided into the young age group, the middle age group and the old age group, and were treated with Shukangning lotion treatment, and the clinical effect of patients in the three groups were compared and analyzed. Results There were statistical significant differences in the clinical signs and symptoms scores of patients in the three groups between before and after the treatment （P 〈 0.01）, and the total effective rate of patients in the three groups was 100.0%, 88.0%, 74.0% respectively, the total effective rate of patients in the youth age group was significantly higher than that in the middle age group or the old age group （P 〈 0.01）. Conclusion Shukangning lotion can significantly improve the clinical symptoms of vaginitis with the type of clamp invasion of lower energizer by the syndrome differentiation of traditional Chinese medicine, and is worth the clinical promotion.
