莫西沙星与抗结核药物联用治疗难治性结核性脑膜炎的临床研究

Clinical study on moxifloxacin combined with antituberculosis drugs in the treatment of intractable tuberculous meningitis

目的探讨含莫西沙星的抗痨药方案治疗结核性脑膜炎的疗效与安全性。方法对9例结核性脑膜炎患者采用含莫西沙星的抗痨药方案进行10个月的治疗,通过临床表现和辅助检查、统计学方法等手段评价其疗效与安全性。结果 9例结核性脑膜炎患者经治疗后效果良好,未留下明显的后遗症。结论莫西沙星联合其他一线抗痨药,并结合激素、脱水、改善脑功能等综合措施治疗结核性脑膜炎是安全有效的。

Objective To investigate the clinical curative effect and safety of the antituberculous therapy regimens containing moxifloxacin in the treatment of intractable tuberculous meningitis. Methods Nine patients with tuberculous meningitis were treated with the antituberculous therapy regimen containing moxifloxacin for 10 months course of treat- ment, the clinical curative effect and safety were evaluated by means of clinical manifestations, statistical method and auxiliary examination. Results After treatment, nine patients with tuberculous meningitis were treated with satified therapeutic results, left behind no obvious clinical sequelae. Conclusion Moxifloxacin associated with other first-line anti- tuberculosis drugs has very good curative effect and safety in the treatmenet of intractable and drug-resistant tuberculous meningitis through the combination with comprehensive measures of adjunctive corticosteroid therapy, dehydration therapy and the improvement of brain function, etc.
