2种查对方法比较患者身份识别准确性的临床研究

Comparison of accurate of two identification measures on patients

目的为寻求有效的查对方法,减少患者身份识别错误。方法对100例静脉输液患者进行自身对照法比较。采取对照法,即护士给患者进行静脉输液前,叫床号姓名,并有意将患者的姓或名用普通话或方言以谐音或近音的方法叫错,判断患者是否有纠错能力;后采取观察法,即对患者进行对照法以后再反问患者的姓名,由患者回答。记录两种查对方法识别患者身份的正确性。结果对照法正确率为56%,观察法正确率为100%,经统计学分析,P<0.01,差异有显著性。结论护士进行护理技术操作前呼叫床号后再反问患者姓名的查对方法能正确认别其身份。

Objective To explore effective checking measures of patient identification, and reduce errors. Methods Compared 100 patients in intravenous transfusion of two groups. Firstly, in control way, nurses called patients wrong on purpose in Mandarin or Dialect to check patients whether can aware the errors. Secondly, in experimental way, nurses did in the control way first, and then asked their names; let patients named themselves. Results The accurate rate in first way is 50%, the second is 100%. There were statistical significant different between two checking measure. Conclusion It is an effective measure which can guarantee the accurate of patients＇ identification that nurses call patients＇ number and then ask their names before intravenous transfusion.
