摘要
针对喷涂机器人多遍喷涂时的涂层均匀度问题,基于优化的单遍喷涂轨迹,对多遍喷涂时的涂层叠加模型进行了分析,建立了多遍喷涂涂层均匀度优化模型,并给出了求解算法。仿真实例表明,涂层叠加模型和涂层均匀度优化模型可行有效,多遍喷涂轨迹经优化后,其涂层均匀度得到显著提升。
Aiming at the eoating uniformity in painting robot several times, through analysis of the model eoated several times, the optimized even coating model is established, and the solving algorithm is given. The results show that the eoating uniformity is improved after optimization.
