摘要
目的对SCI数据库中诱导多能干细胞研究领域文献进行多层次计量分析。方法以Web of Science网络数据库中的SCI-EXPANDED为数据统计源,以"induced pluripotent stem"和"ips cell*"作为检索词,选择主题字段、限定1990年至今时间段进行检索。排除干扰文献后,分别从出版年、国家地区、机构分布、来源出版物、文献被引情况对最终导出文献进行相关结果分析。结果诱导多能干细胞概念自2006年首次提出至今共产出文献3798篇,文献数量呈逐年递增趋势;美国、日本和中国发文量居多;日本京都大学、哈佛大学、斯坦福大学、中国科学院等机构为该领域核心结构;《STEM CELLS》等17种期刊为该领域核心期刊;美国、日本、德国文献被引频次领先;通过引文分析获得16篇被引频次>600的经典文献。结论通过文献计量分析,可为科研人员了解iPS细胞研究领域的现状和进一步捕捉热点难点提供有价值的参考。
Objective Use the method of bibliometric to multivariate analyze the literatures regarding induced pluripotent stem (iPS) cells based on science citation index database (SCI). Methods Search the literatures online in SCI-EXPANDED in Web of Science, "Induced pluripotent stem" and "ips cell" were used as topic field, and time ranged from 1990 until now. After eliminate the irrelevant items, the finally selected literatures were analyzed by publication year, national distribution, institutional information, journal distribution and citation analysis. Results A total of 3798 research articles about ips cells were retrieved in SCI, the overall number of literature had an upward trend from 2006 to now. The core institutions were Kyoto University, Harvard University, Stanford University, Chinese Academy of Sciences, etc. Seventeen periodicals such as Stem Ceils are the core journals in this field. The literatures from America, Japan and Germany had high cited frequency. Moreover, sixteen classical literatures, on the field of iPS cells, were cited more than 600 times. Conclusions The bibliometric analysis of literature about induced pluripotent stem cell could helpful for researchers on understanding the status of the field and provide valuable reference for further research.
