亚健康状态研究进展 被引量：2

摘要 20世纪80年代中期,前苏联学者布赫曼教授研究发现,除健康状态和疾病状态之外,还存在着一种非健康非患病的中间状态,称为亚健康状态.2006年中华中医药学会将亚健康分为躯体亚健康、心理亚健康、社会交往亚健康三种状态.躯体亚健康中,根据其主要症状的表现特点,可进一步分为疲劳型亚健康和疼痛型亚健康等,其中疲劳型亚健康亦称之为慢性疲劳综合征（Chronic Fatigue Syndrome,CFS）,是较为常见的一种状态.据估计CFS全世界发病率为0.4%～1%,好发于20～40岁女性,急性起病,体力劳动后明显加剧,平均病程3～9年.CFS发病人数在经济发达、社会竞争激烈的国家和地区中呈现逐年增长的趋势,近几年来日益引起医学科学、临床心理学和社会的广泛关注.
