对介入性产前诊断孕妇实施全方位护理的临床研究

Clinical research on the comprehensive nursing for pregnant women received interventional prenatal diagnosis

目的探讨对介入性产前诊断孕妇实施全方位护理的临床护理效果研究。方法采用(周二检查者)252例为观察组,实施全方位护理;选择168例(周四检查)为对照组,采用传统的功能制护理模式,比较两组护理效果。结果观察组孕妇紧张情绪得到缓解的比率明显高于对照组(P<0.01),观察组的满意度显著高于对照组(P<0.01);采用全方位护理后,入穿刺室后观察组心率、收缩压及舒张压均明显低于对照组(P<0.01)。结论对介入性产前诊断孕妇实施全方位护理可以缓解患者焦虑、抑郁的情绪,提高孕妇的满意度和信任度,减少术中并发症的发生。

Objective To investigate the effect of comprehensive nursing for pregnant women who received interventional prenatal diagnosis. Methods Pregnant women who received interventional prenatal diagnosis on Tuesday were selected as observation group （ n = 252） and received comprehensive nursing, another 168 women who received interventional prenatal diagnosis on Thursday were chosen as control group and received traditional nursing. Results The remission of tension of observation group was significantly excel the control group （ P 〈 0. 01 ）, the satisfaction rate of observation group was significantly higher than control group （P 〈 0. 01 ）. Heart rate, systolic and diastolic blood pressure of observation group were significantly lower than control group after received comprehensive nursing （ P 〈 0. 01 ）. Conclusions Implement comprehensive nursing for pregnant women who received interventional prenatal diagnosis could help alleviate the anxiety, depression, improve the satisfaction rate and trust, reduce the occurrence of complications.
