摘要
为了开发一种用于换热器在线清焦的固体颗粒喷射分布器,以无机盐粒子为固体颗粒,在φ400mm和φ2000mm的列管换热器冷模试验装置上,分别对螺旋式、多孔式和旋流式3种固体颗粒喷射分布器进行了颗粒分布均匀性测试的冷模试验研究,并以颗粒分布千分数的方差和颗粒分布柱形图表示分布均匀性,考察了气体流量和气体压力对颗粒分布性能的影响。结果表明,在气体压力为0.3~0.8MPa,气体流量为150-700m3/h(标准状态)的条件下,螺旋式和多孔式分布器的颗粒分布性能受气体压力和气体流量变化的影响较大,而旋流式分布器受影响较小,操作弹性大,综合性能好。根据冷模试验结果开发的旋流式分布器已在丙烯腈工业装置上成功应用,装置运行周期从6个月延长到1年以上。
To develop a spray solid distributor used in the self-cleaning heat exchanger, the cold model experiments of solid particle distribution were conducted with inorganic particle in 400 mm and 2 000 mm cold model apparatus. The effects of gas pressure and gas flow rate on solid particle distribution were investigated in the spiral, hole and swirl solid distributors by comparing variance(S2) and column charts of particle distribution. The results showed that the solid particle distribution of spiral and hole distributors were greatly affected by changes in gas pressure and gas flow rate, while less by swirl solid distributor under the operating conditions of gas pressure 0.3-0.8 MPa, gas flow rate 150-700 m3/h(N), the latter had good operating flexibility and the best overall performance. The swirl solid distributor herein developed had successfully been applied in acrylonitrile plants, extending the operation cycle from six months to more than one year.
