摘要 新设计的可控式井下蒸汽干度取样器,采用压差调节孔板将取样器样室内的蒸汽流动速度控制在合适范围内,保证取样器在井下不同的蒸汽流动速度情况下,能够进行正常的汽液分离和液相置换。现场测试结果表明该技术取样准确,蒸汽干度测试结果可靠,解决了蒸汽注入井井下蒸汽干度监测的难题,在油田吸汽剖面调整、锅炉运行状态监测、等干度分配器效果评价等方面起到重要作用。 The new designed controllable downhole steam dryness sampler adopts differential pressure adjustment orifice panel which can control stream flowing velocity of sampler in reasonable range. It makes gas-liquid separation and liquid phase replacement normal under different stream flowing velocity. The field test results show that the sampler can sample accurately, and the steam dryness test result correct. This technology effectively solves the problem of downhole steam dryness monitoring, and will play an important role in the respects of adjustment of steam injection profile,monitoring of boiler operation state, and effect evaluation of iso-dryness distribution.
