摘要
针对目前产出剖面测井仪集流伞取样部分密闭效果不好,更换伞筋、伞布困难,仪器组装连线过多等问题,设计了一种新型产出剖面测井仪集流伞短节,本文介绍了该集流伞短节中取样部分、双层伞筋部分以及单芯快速连接部分的设计;通过与原仪器的对比,阐述了新型集流伞的结构特点和工作原理。经过该设计,使产出剖面测井仪集流伞短节成为一独立短节,其电气和机械连接部分将形成一个新的产出剖面测井仪接口标准。
The airtight effect of the sampling part of the production profile logging tool umbrella was not good. Besides, it was difficult to change the umbrella rib and cloth and there were too many wires in tool assembly, so a new type of production profile logging tool umbrella sub was designed. This paper introduces the design of sampling part, double-layer umbrella rib and single core quick connection part of the umbrella sub. By comparison with the original tool,the structure and working principle of the new umbrella was illustrated. This newly designed production profile logging tool umbrella sub was an independent sub. Its electrical and mechanical connection part will form a new interface standard of production profile logging tool.
