浅谈高校教师领导力开发 被引量:1

摘要 教师是高校发展的主要依靠力量,肩负着培养人才和进行科研的重大使命。高校教师领导力是指教师在高校组织中,通过自身的专业权力及非权力性因素,(两者相互作用,形成对自身及团队成员的影响力。通过利用各种途径激发教师的领导力,强化领导能量,形成学习、共享的团队文化,提升教师队伍的整体水平和素质,促进高校良性发展具有重要意义。
