双波长紫外分光光度法测定汗斑酒精中苯扎溴铵的含量 被引量:2

摘要 目的建立汗斑酒精中苯扎溴铵的含量测定方法。方法采用双波长等吸收分光光度法,测定波长为263nm,参比波长为488nm。结果苯扎溴铵浓度在0.104—0.834mg/mL之间与吸光度差呈良好线性关系,回归方程:A=1.01832+0.01263C,r=0.9999,平均回收率99.68%,RSD=0.96%(n=6)。结论本方法简便、准确,可用于汗斑酒精的质量控制。 Objective To establish a method for determination of benzalkonium bromide in ethanol solution. Methods The dual wavelength spectrophotometry was used. The detection wavelength was at 263 nm, and the reference wavelength was 488 nm. Results The linear range was 0. 104 - 0. 834 mg/mL, r = 0. 999 9, recovery rate was 99.68%, and RSD =0.96% ( n =6). Conclusion The method is simple, accurate and suitable for the quality control of benzalkonium bromide in solution.
